COOL AS A CUCUMBER!

Great ways to use cucumber to help you cool down in the summer heat!

Cucumber is a refreshing low calorie treat, fabulous for the skin and can be utilized in many delicious ways! It may be used in beverages and food products. It makes a lovely addition to any skin care product and sliced cucumbers are a great anti-puffy treat for the eyes. They are a great diet tool for filling the belly with a very low calorie intake, approximately 18 calories for every 10 slices of cucumber!!!

Cucumbers are low in saturated fat, calories, sodium and in cholesterol. They are a good source for Fiber, Folate, Copper, Potassium, Pantothenic Acid, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Manganese, Thiamin, Vitamins A, B6, C and K.

In skin care cucumbers cooling qualities are historically said to reduce swelling and the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. Cucumbers contain ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and caffeic acid which are both reported to help soothe skin irritations while reducing swelling. These ingredients are also known to prevent water retention (why they would work for puffy eyes).

Some of our favorite cucumber uses are cucumber water, cucumber rosemary water and cucumber salad. Here are some of our prized, well used recipes!

Cucumber Water & Cucumber Rosemary Water ~ All you need is a pitcher, fresh cucumbers, fresh rosemary if your making cucumber rosemary water, purified water and ice cubes. Cut one full cucumber into slices, we leave a bit of peel on the cucumbers but you don’t have too. Put the cucumber in the pitcher and 2 small sprigs of rosemary if you are using rosemary, add about 2 cups of ice, pour water over the mix and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. This makes a fantastic beverage to serve with most any meal, its cooling and refreshing to the body and soul on any hot humid day!

Cucumber Salad – This recipe is from
http://www.cooks.com/ . http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1743,157180-250205,00.html

CREAMY CUCUMBER SALAD WITH DILL

3 med. cucumbers, sliced

1 med. sweet onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp. sugar

1 c. sour cream

1/2 c. white wine vinegar

5 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped

1/2 tsp. salt

Dash pepper

In a bowl make alternating layers of cucumbers and sliced onion, sprinkling with chopped dill. Combine sour cream, sugar, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over cucumbers. Let chill at least 4 hours.
Then Enjoy!

I wish you cool and joyful summer days!

Skillet Bacon Jam, The Bacon Spread Review

The Skillet Bacon Jam can be found at www.skilletbaconjam.com and was created by Joshua Henderson from "SKILLET" a modern American diner.  An 11 oz. jar of this BACON BLISS can be purchased here http://onlinestore.skilletstreetfood.com/product/bacon-jam for $14.00 per jar.

The ingredients in this jar of what my kids now call HEAVEN are bacon, balsamic, brown sugar, salt, pepper and lots of love. My children would like you to know that they can feel the BACON LOVE, give this product review the big thumbs up and so do I!
I would like to report that we tried it on several different things and in different ways but I can't.  We made toast dove in, it was so surprisingly delicious that it was gone immediately!  I now have orders from my children to purchase a case!

Here is the "SKILLET" description of their jam........

What the heck is bacon jam?....

we take a big bunch of really, really good bacon, and render it down...add a bunch of spices..onions, etc. and let it simmer for about 6 hours...give it a quick puree, blast chill it...and you have bacon jam...

We like to put it on our burger, serve it on crostini, perhaps on a grilled cheese, as a substitute for bacon on a BLT, or maybe the base for a vinaigrette.
***

I am sorry to say that there is no giveaway with this product but I do recommend you buy some immediately if not sooner.  If you have a moment take a peek at their restaurant menu it's mouth watering!  http://www.skilletstreetfood.com/menu.php  They have several restaurants in the Seattle, WA area.

If you have questions and would like to email Skillet Food Products here is there email address eat@skilletstreetfood.com or if you would like to call them here is there phone number 425-998-6817.

Our Family’s Favorite All Natural Gluten Free Banana and Chocolate Bread Recipe!

This is one of our most FAV recipes for a snack! With having a few allergy/chemical sensitive residents in our household we try to stick with a 70% healthy whole food overall monthly percentage for our diets. Having children in school and especially teenagers, it’s impossible to manage a full organic healthy diet. So, instead of stressing about it we just try to stick to a few routines that help us achieve that 70%.

For our Favorite recipe we use the Bob’s Red Mill ~ Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free All Purpose Baking Flour and the Banana Bread Recipe on the back of the bag!

We also use our FAV all natural chocolate chips from Ghirardelli. I prefer the bittersweet chips but the kiddos of course prefer the semi-sweet!

You, of course, want to use VERY RIPE bananas for the best flavor in your banana bread!

The original recipe on the back of the Bob’s Red Mill bag reads……..

1/5 Cup Canola Oil
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1, 1/3 Cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1, ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Xanthum Gum
½ tsp. Salt
1, ½ Cups Banana, Mashed
½ Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
½ Cup Raisins

Here is our version and of course, we believe, the best version!!! This version is for the “Chocolate Lovers” Only.

1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
3 Large Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1, ¾ Cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Xanthum Gum
½ tsp. Salt
3 Large Mashed Bananas
1 Cup Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips

We have found that OUR version needs to cook at 350 degrees a good 20 minutes or more longer than the original 1 hour version. You will have to judge your cook time for yourself if you choose to make the “Kelly Lynch Ring Version” of this recipe.

We strongly recommend Bob’s Red Mill Flour for this recipe and you can find the fabulous Bob’s Red Mill products at most any Grocery or Health Food Store!

A few Chocolate Banana Bread Facts!
1) Is this version low calorie? No freaking way!
2) Is it delicious, does it feed the chocolate lovers soul? ABSOLUTELY!
3) AND, I (the adult) like to have a slice in the evening with a glass of Red Wine or a bittersweet glass of Mead, making a lovely soul pleasing end to the day! Cheers!
4) The Obvious! *The children of course DO NOT get to sample the spirits that is for the adult time only!
5) The children get their Chocolate Banana Bread served with milk or water!*

If you try either version of this recipe, I know you will ENJOY!

I should give you a fair warning! Gluttonous eating behavior may occur just after one bite.

Happy Snacking, from my home to yours!
Kelly Lynch Ring

Disclosure – We did not get paid for nor were we asked to do a review for or by any of these companies mentioned above. We do not recommend that you drink wine with your banana bread or chocolate banana bread. This recipe and review are simply our opinions and have nothing to do with the mentioned companies above. We simply just love food!

I did it, I stepped on the scale!

I actually am down 1 pound!  Woo Hoo!!!

Well, I stepped on the scale terrified that I had undone all my dieting and fitness training. To my surprise I weighed 135 (I was 136 before I left on my trip) and had not gained.  Needless to say.... the happy dance was extreme and it's a good thing the blinds were closed because no one needed to witness that!

I had started a habit of eating 2 very light meals (or drinking meal shakes) and one good solid meal a day.  Also, eating for specific nutrition verses just what was available or that I craved has really helped overall.  As much as I over did with drinks and foods while on our work trip, following this routine I believed saved me from gaining my lost weight back in the end. I did do a bunch of walking while on my trip instead of driving to the closer destination spots and I'm sure that it played a big roll in burning off some of those extra calories I was consuming!

So here are some of my weight loss tricks that are definitely working.....
1) Eat 2 light meals a day or drink meal shakes with one full satisfying meal.
2) I see greater weight and inch loss when my one full meal a day is lunch and I don't eat after 6:00pm at night.
3) I notice a huge difference in my appetite and cravings if I drink at least 6, 8 oz. glasses of water a day.
4) Walking to your closer destinations instead of hoping in the car!
5) An Apple A Day!  One apple has traces of to many vitamins and minerals to really count and mention here. The raw apple provides you with natural digestive enzymes that help your body digest foods more effectively and to more effectively absorb the nutrients from the foods you put into your body.  I also have on a regular basis been less hungry in the day if I eat an apple in the morning.  It makes sense that if your body is getting the nutrients it needs your less hungry throughout the day too!
6) I exercise every day even if it's just 20 minutes of yoga or a quick 30 minute aerobic workout!

I will be back again in one week with my weigh in and progress report!

Cheers and Blessings To You And Yours!

Clean Green! Simple Cleaning Recipes........

Housekeeping Recipes Basic Ingredients One Needs To Get Started

To Create Your Natural Cleaners At Home
Liquid Castile Soap or Castile Bar Soap (to grate for laundry)
Baking Soda
Borax
White Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar
That is all you NEED!

*Why Use Vinegar to clean? The answer is here... http://vitalearthtraditions.blogspot.com/2010/01/why-use-gross-stinky-vinegar.html *

To clean hard surfaces use equal parts of White & Apple Cider Vinegar to wipe down hard surfaces, you can put the mix in a spray bottle or a bowl.  To make an abrasive cleaner add borax to make a paste to your desired thickness. Add borax slowly in case it fizzes a bit.

To use in laundry, use a 1/4 C. Baking Soda, 1/4 C. Borax add 1/4 Castile Liquid Soap or 1/2 grated Castile Soap and then to get things extra clean while killing bacteria add a 1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar.
***

If you would like to add to that mix you could add...

Lemon Essential Oil
Orange Essential Oil
Lemongrass Essential Oil
Lavender Essential Oil
Pine Essential Oil
Vegetable Glycerine
________
If you are looking for a natural cleaning source to kill bacteria on hard surfaces this is the Recipe for you!!

Lemongrass & Lavender Household blend, 16 oz. Recipe

7.0 oz. Distilled Water
7.0 oz. White Vinegar
1.6 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
0.4 oz. Vegetable Glycerine
Lavender Essential Oil - 40 Drops
Lemongrass Essential Oil – 20 Drops
Orange Essential Oil – 20 Drops
Lemon Essential Oil – 18 Drops
Eucalyptus Essential Oil – 12 Drops
Thyme Essential Oil – 10 Drops

Mix all ingredients together in a new clean 16 oz. household cleaner type spray bottle (this can be purchased most at any Grocery Store or Co-Op). Once all of the ingredients are added into the bottle shake very, very thoroughly several times before using. Avoid eye contact with this recipe. These ingredients are readily available at most any local Food Co-Op or local Herb Store!
~~~~~~~~
More Options
1) This mix can also be put in a spray bottle to use as a room spray. It will kill odor verses adding to the stench!
2) This mix can be used to make a paste for the dishwasher. I use equal parts of Borax and Baking Soda, then add liquid cleaner until I get the desired consistency I want.
3) Washing Machine. I take 1 Cup Borax, 1 Cup Baking Soda, grate approximately 1/2 crated castile soap, mix together and use 1/2 Cup in my Washing Machine. I then pour about 1/8 Cup of the above liquid cleaning mixture in with the Baking Soda mixture. Depending on how dirty the clothes are I might fill the spot for bleach with the liquid cleaner also.
Weight down to 136.6 pounds! Woo Hoo! Even through back pain!
Losing weight with my back acting up constantly when trying to exercise has been incredibly difficult and I need to drop that weight to help my back get better. Ugh!  My mission to figure out what is going on with my body has lead me to discover that my SI Joint in my pelvic area is hyper-extending or just seizing up with intense cramping in the entire area when it acts up.  In my low back area my lumbar vertebrae 3 and/or 4 area has a disk that is causing me quite the grief. The mid thoracic area has anther disc and/or vertebrae that is not cooperating to my standards.  They all seem to synchronize their activity to bring me down and I must make this stop!  I normally have no back issues when I weigh around 120 pounds and right now I am desperate to get there to eliminate some of this pain.
Now how do I prevent my back from seizing up and going out?
I am discovering a few tricks that are working for my body.  I am still doing Yoga in a studio here and there at Bliss Dog Yoga & Crescent Moon Yoga which is helping immensely. At home I have 2 different exercise DVD's that are working to help me build strength back up.  I have tried to do them both in one day but my back is not ready for that yet.  The Beach Body, Start It Up routine is perfect for slowly building core strength.  I also use the Better Sex Through Yoga dvd, this is a core centered routine & is great for strength building. AND no you are not in the mood for sex when your done, you want to relax or sleep!  The biggest thing that I have discovered is that I need to keep moving & exercise every day to keep all my muscles loose in my back or things start to tighten up.
EATING!  I have been having 2 meal shakes a day made by Natural Factors with one full meal a day.  I have discovered that my weight drops faster if I eat the meal for lunch & not dinner.  There are lots of amazing healthy options for this out there.  My daughters and I have been using this particular brand and mix "Slim Styles" because if we drink 1 a day we never know when our monthly cycle will hit, we don't have any PMS (love that, obviously).  Also, we normally don't get the regular menstrual cramp routine during that time of month with consistently drinking this 1 time per day. Another great meal replacement shake and weight loss program is through Shaklee called Cinch ( here is that link http://vitalearthtraditions.myshaklee.com/us/en/category.php?main_cat=WeightManagement ).
Remember it's best to use what works best for your personal constitution.  Right now Natural Factors is working for me but when I run out I am going to try the Cinch again to see how that will work with my body and personal constitution.
I am currently at 136.6 pounds and am excited to drop the last 16 pounds!!!  When I started this mission my weight was at 150 pounds.  So, total I have lost 13.4 pounds, now to tackle the last 16.6!!!
Thank You for visiting my blog!
Cheers,
Kelly Lynch Ring
Just because you feel better doesn't mean your completely healed & you should stop Therapy!!!
I am well aware of this!  Why is it so hard for a therapist to take care of themselves first?  I am learning my lesson whether I want to or not.  As a massage therapist, aromatherapist & herbalist I constantly talk about continuing the healing process with healing modalities for a time after one feels better to keep strengthening & healing the areas affected to ensure complete and total healing.
Well, I felt SO AMAZING that I have didn't do my restorative yoga poses for a couple days or go to the chiropractor on Friday thinking I feel so great I can wait until Monday.  Now I am feeling sore & like my back could possibly go out again.  I have done my restorative yoga poses today, will do them again later & definately go to the chiropractor tomorrow, that is for sure!  I don't have pain but I feel stiff & a bit afraid to move.
If you have back injuries I suggest you speak to your medical provider about the importance of treatment, how often it should occur & how long would it be most beneficial to your back to continue to ensure optimal healing & health.
My week of Therapies.........
Going through my week of absolute pain like never before with my back I utilized three amazing Women who are miracle workers! I don't think I would have survived without them. Yes, that is very dramatic!  However, I was in so much pain that is how I felt.  Now, 1 1/2 weeks later I feel better than I have in ages and I have never gotten better so quickly from my back going out and being "S shaped" in my life!
I am including where you can find these lovely women just in case you need a miracle too!
My first stop was to Dr. Lori Johnson who is one of my most favorite Chiropractors.  I have actually been going to her since I was in high school, just a couple years ago.  (haha) She utilizes the Activator Technique and has more training in this than any chiropractor I know.  My body loves and responds most effectively to this technique.  She is just simply excellent at what she does, gentle and completely thorough leaving me feeling like not one thing was missed in my appointment with her. AND for a chiropractor she runs ON TIME which with my busy schedule is of huge value!!! I visited her every day she worked for a week and I could just feel the difference it made in my healing so quickly!  She still does to the old school manipulation technique if that is what you like.  My brother who has a black belt in Judo used to tell me he would go see Dr. Johnson when he felt like he needed a woman to toss him around.  He's a funny, funny man!  Dr. Lori also works on my son to help manage his ADD type symptoms with the Activator Technique very effectively! We notice a MASSIVE difference after his appointments.
If you would like to visit Dr. Lori Johnson she can be found at Riverside Chiropractic in Mount Vernon, Washington.  The phone number to find her is 360-424-6104.  She is also very educated in nutrition, is a vast resource of knowledge in this area and is a Shaklee Distributor which is my favorite source for supplements.  If you would like to visit her shaklee site it's here http://drjohnson.myshaklee.com/us/en/ .
My second stop was to Kit Muehlman Yoga and Hypnosis Instructor.  I was supposed to work for this lovely lovely lady but with my back out I had to reschedule.  She offered to do restorative yoga with me instead.  I at first was skeptical because a strained disc normally gets more agitated with yoga.  I would like the WORLD to know that I walked in with an "S" shaped back and walked out COMPLETELY STANDING UP STRAIGHT after just over an hour of restorative yoga.  This should NOT be possible from a medical stand point but it happened and now I AM A BELIEVER!!!  I would love for the world to experience restorative yoga.  I have also done Hypnosis with Kit and it was amazingly effective for my knee and ankle.  I have not had one ounce of pain in my knee or ankle after 1 appointment.
Miss Kit can be found on her website http://www.blissdogyoga.com/ and by phone at 360-466-3801.  She also works at Crescent Moon Yoga in La Conner, WA working with the lovely Jennifer McFarland http://www.yogalaconner.com/ who is quite amazing herself.  This is a truly effective and talented group at Crescent Moon Yoga, I think anyone going here would be more than pleased with any of their instructors.
My 3rd stop was to Elynn Light, Healer and Massage Therapist where I worked on emotional release techniques.  I can't say emotional release work is fun or pleasant but it is effective.  Our muscle holds memory and stress making a terrible injury inviting combination when left to build up for too long!  I did this twice during my week of intense therapies.  It brought up huge amounts of memory of not being supported (on top of what was brought out in my Hypnosis session with Kit) which makes complete since when you think about how our backs support us through life. So, then it left me dealing with and confronting issues with a few friends and family members that I had forgotton about or simply just didn't deal with.  Confrontation is not exactly my specialty, so this was really difficult for me to accomplish but I did.  Elynn was truly amazing and her work was spot on effective whether I liked it or not. There was a profound feeling of carrying a lighter load after each session with a great amount of increased energy.  This is the kind of woman you get results with and if that's what your looking for then she's your gal!
Elynn can be reached through her website here http://www.sanctuarybodyhealing.com/ and by phone here 714-928-1177.
What is a "Healing Crisis" ???
As a Massage Therapist I have countless times talked with clients about the
possibility of this but had never experienced it myself, until now!
A healing Crisis is........
A healing crisis can arise when you start a path to better your health or heal an injury.  When you start working on healing your body it starts to release toxins like your body is cleaning it's own house sometimes creating a healing crisis.  This can "wake up" old dormant injuries that haven't completely healed or make you aware of other problems in your body your were not aware of yet.  As the body eliminates toxins they can be released through the skin sometimes causing rashes and possibly acne breakouts.  It can increase inflammation, make you feel nauseous, dizzy, increase headaches & tiredness with flu like symptoms. Old personal issues and traumatic memories can sometimes arise or be remembered. Basically, you get worse before you get better when in a healing crisis.  The good news is that a healing crisis sets up the foundation for regeneration of the body & the repair your vital energy.
I started on a path to strengthen my back, improve my overall health & to basically get fit.  I was eating 1200 calories a day, exercising almost every day & not loosing weight. I actually gained a couple pounds. I then had a hypnosis session for weight loss along for my knee & ankle pain. The knee & ankle pain was immediately gone. The hypnosis also brought up issues with not feeling supported which came along with memories of the past that I didn't want to remember.  Then last Wednesday I felt my back stiffening up, got up, felt the pinch & thought here I go again.  I knew I would not be able to stand up straight for days but still no knee & ankle pain.  I don't believe I overdid it but I do believe that started a toxin release that lead to my healing crisis.  Every old injury seemed to be flared up & I felt HORRIBLE, worse than I had ever felt with my back going out.
Immediately, I wanted to move through this fast!  I have had some hypnosis, restorative yoga, emotional release therapy, massage therapy & chiropractic almost every day.  I also started an herbal detox program.  It has been 1 week since my physical break down & I feel amazing today.  I rested took care of myself in an intensive fashion utilizing every connection I had to help myself get better.  I have some large bills now but have learned the importance of consistent self care and making sure to get enough sleep & down time.  I would like to point out that not exercising for this week I lost four pounds.  This just confirms for me the importance of sleep, rest & taking care of our mental health along with our physical health.
SO, GET YOUR REST & TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!  This is my wish for you!
My Journey To Get Fit, Feel Healthy & Have A Pain Free Back!
I will be documenting my journey on this blog as I strive and struggle to figure out what works for my body, personal constitution, spirit, to achieve an overall balance of wellness and loose weight.
I have been struggling with pre-menopausal symptoms starting at the age of 33 years. I believe this is the result of a reaction to the same chemicals and hormones in dairy, meats and personal care products that caused my now 17 year old daughter to start developing at the age of 4.  The doctor said to go organic immediately and don't look back.  It has been a struggle but you can't avoid all foods with a child, school, play dates parties, etc. but we manage at least to be 65 to 85% organic throughout each week. In 1993 right before I got pregnant with my baby mentioned above I was in a car accident and it has done quite the number on my back.  I then worked as a massage therapist until I overworked myself into being done doing massage in 2005.
Now I simply just don't feel good and the back issues are escalating.
I was doing nothing physical, just working at the computer and I felt my back stiffening up on Wednesday afternoon. Then I stood up, I felt the pinch, thought here we go again and knew it would be days until I would be able to stand up straight again. I am at a current weight of 144 lbs. and need to get my weight down to 120lbs.  I don't ever remember having any back flare ups when my weight was at 120 lbs. & would like to get back down to that mark.
I have been exercising regularly almost every day of the week and if I don't, that effects the stability of my back also.  The catch is that at a heavier weight exercising at a mild level is all my back will tolerate. I have tried the Lean Cuisine and Skinny Cow 31 day challenge but I didn't loose any weight after the 1st week.  Towards the end my throat swelled up around my thyroid area and went away as soon as I quite eating the Lean Cuisine meals.  I have no idea if it was the dinners that caused that but I am not going to re-visit that to find out!
My first step is going to be detoxing.  I started a detox kit yesterday and am hoping that this will help detox my body of course but also give my weight loss a jump start.
I will be back tomorrow to discuss Detoxing.
I wish you all Blessings of good health!
What is your Personal Constitution?
Your personal constitution is the combination of your genetic makeup, your history of environmental influence, physiologic & biochemical factors.
This is what creates the situations where you could be more susceptible to specific allergies, diseases etc. Understanding your own personal constitution is the key to helping you resolve or prevent many different alignments, allergies or even chronic health problems.
Your Medical Doctor, Trained Medical Professional, Naturopath, Auryvedic Practitioner etc. can help you to figure out your Personal Constitution if you need or want assistance.
What Actress Do You Look Like???
I have had many people invite me on Facebook in the past to play that game & I ignored it. My daughter brought a picture to my attention laughing, saying "Mom, you could be a look alike for the actress Kelly Lynch". I thought I might resemble her but after looking at the pictures side by side I was surprised at the degree of resemblance. What do you think??? I think we look like we could definately be related!
Lean Cuisine & Skinny Cow Challenge Day #21
Day #21
I am still cooking my meals in the oven & not the microwave. I am making sure to get adequate raw fruits & vegetables. I'm making sure to take my vitamins and supplements to ensure my body is getting the nutrition it needs. Also, I have been doing a variety of mild to moderate forms of exercise everyday. I am doing a combination of Yoga, Zumba, Elliptical Machine, Weight Lifting, Beach Body ~ Slim in 6 Routines, and have ordered the Brazilian Butt Lift, which may do me in!
Weight Day 1 = 150.4
Weight Day 2 = 147.8
Weight Day 5 = 144.4
Weight Day 10 = 143.8
Weight Day 17 = 144.4
Weight Day 21 = 144.2
Total Weight Loss = 6.2 Pounds
I am exercising like crazy & hope that my lack of weightloss is because I am replacing heavier muscle while eliminating fat!
I tried the Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwiches and I nor my kids are very fond of those. However, we are completely crazy for the Mint Ice Cream Sandwiches, Cookies & Cream Sandwiches and Fudgesicles!
Once again, I would like to say........
SKINNY COW ROCKS!!!
Lean Cuisine/Skinny Cow 31 Day Challenge Day #10
Weight Loss In 5 Days
0.8 lbs
That's it! Yes, I'm disappointed but I am only eating one Lean Cuisine meal a day right now. I am doing this because I want to make sure that I am getting enough Digestive Enzymes in my diet through fresh fruits and vegetables.
I am still cooking my foods in the oven & explain why in my video.
I have been doing some light yoga & today heading back to the gym so I hope this helps make a difference in a greater weight loss next time I weigh myself.
I AM STILL LOVING THAT I MUST EAT 1 SKINNY COW ICE CREAM A DAY!!!
It's my fav. part of this challenge!
I will be back on Friday for a weigh in!!!
Have a great couple day's everyone.
